My approach revolves around active listening, expert guidance and, perhaps most importantly, helping individuals and organisations to discover the 'why' that drives their business or entrepreneurial journey.
Success is a team sport and much of my work is focused on helping a team or organisation to align with their purpose and vision and then execute together in a way that drives growth and success.
👑 Greatest Accomplishment
I co-founded Plant Power Fast Food, one of the nations first 100% plant-based, fast-food restaurant chains. By the end of 2022, Plant Power had 11 restaurants, a food truck, a manufacturing facility, national distribution and a team of world-class talent with experience from a number of major brands including Chipotle, Taco Bell, Starbucks and Hard Rock Cafe.
From inception through to my exit, Plant Power Fast Food generated over $65M in sales and we served over 5M guests. When we started, no one had ever believed that plant-based fast-food could succeed. Now, thanks to my co-founders, our amazing team and the investor family who believed in our vision, plant-based fast-food is now actually "a thing".
